A while back I did an art trade with 
that I asked for a gothic Rouge, it wasn't bad I'll admit I liked it 
so based on what she drew I thought I give it okay. I think it came out okay......I think

Very interesting redesign! A lot of goth going on here, but it still feels reminiscent of Rouge's original suit. I especially like how you handled the broken heart chest-piece; ~bluefirerocker may have come up with the idea, but you took it to the next level!
I really like how the colors came out on this one; they're rich but feel like they're coming in through a fog at the same time. Do you mind if I ask what kind of filter you used to get that effect?
